1. Right to Withdraw
In accordance with UK and EU consumer protection laws (Consumer Contracts Regulations), you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your product. This is sometimes called the "cooling off" period.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund, your product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened and unused in its original condition
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The seal on the bottle/jar must be intact
- You must have the original receipt or order confirmation
Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used products. This is standard practice for food supplements and is required by food safety regulations.
3. How to Return a Product

- Receive return instructions: We will provide you with a return address and may issue a pre-paid shipping label
- Send back the product: Post the unopened product to the address we provide. Please use tracked shipping for your protection
- We inspect and process: Once we receive and verify your return, we will process your refund
- Refund issued: Your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 14 business days
4. Return Shipping Costs
If you initiated the return due to your own change of mind (not a defect or damage), you will bear the cost of return shipping. We recommend using tracked post for your protection. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
5. Refund of Delivery Costs
If you return your product within the 14-day period, we will refund the product cost. However, the original delivery cost you paid to the courier is non-refundable, as you received the service (delivery). This is in line with consumer law.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrived damaged or defective (e.g., broken seal, visible damage, missing contents), please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
7. Refund Timeline
Once we have received your returned product and inspected it, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to process the credit.
8. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you can do so at no cost by contacting us immediately at info@flushshoulder.world. Once your order has left our warehouse, the return process above applies.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used products
- Products that have been damaged due to mishandling by the customer
- Products returned more than 14 days after receipt
10. Your Right to Cancel Payment Before Delivery
Because we offer cash-on-delivery payment, you have the option to refuse delivery when the courier arrives. If you refuse to accept or pay for the package, it will be returned to us at no cost to you, and no refund will be issued (since no payment was made).
11. Complaints and Disputes
If you have a complaint about a product or our service, please contact us first. We will attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate your complaint to Trading Standards or seek advice from Citizens Advice Consumer Service.
